P90X 30 Day Mark

1/3 There. 30 down, 60 to go. 2 Months to Bikini SICK!

Boo-ya! Stronger arm muscles. Plylometrics still exhausts me. LOVE the recovery shake. Definitely stronger legs, more energy, and more positive emotions when it comes to thinking about the workouts...

We're still on phase one of the meal plan. Switching to phase 2 (more carbs) at the end of this week. Phase one is all protein. Still shredding fat left and right ;)

Cannot wait for muffins! :-D But no more muffin top.
